All costs for Support at Home (previously Home Care packages) are calculated per hour.

Minimum billable visit time: in-home visits
- 15 minutes for Care Partner, Clinical Care Partner on behalf of the participant
- 30 minutes for Personal Care Workers, Allied Health Assistants (in home visits) (Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, Allied Health clinic visits)
- 60 minutes for Registered or Enrolled Nurses, Allied Health practitioners, Care Partner, Clinical Care Partner (in home visits)
Cancellation fees
- Cancellations advised at least 24 hours prior to scheduled visit are not charged
- Cancellations advised less than 24 hours prior to scheduled visit are charged at 100% of the scheduled visit fee
Disclaimer
- Fees advertised are minimum amounts for services delivered in Metropolitan areas
- Some services provided to regional and rural clients will attract higher fees based on local costs of services delivery and availability of service providers
- In cases where higher fees apply each client will be provided with an individualised quote to approve these costs
- Services that are for meal delivery, goods and equipment will be quoted once our assessment processes have been completed and in discussion with each client
