What is Veterans’ Health Care? ​

Our comprehensive Veterans’ Health Care (VHC) program provides a spectrum of vital support services, designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. From assistance with household tasks to personal care, respite care, and safety-related home maintenance, our dedicated team of professionals is here to serve you.

Please note that home maintenance and gardening are excluded from the services we provide.  

Additionally, a small contribution may be required for VHC services, as determined by the assessment agency and Department of Veterans Affairs. 

Eligibility Criteria​

To qualify for the VHC service, you must possess either a Veteran Gold Card or a Veteran White Card with an accepted service-related condition. Additionally, you should be living independently at home and require low levels of care.
