Family and Child Connect

Our FaCC services are part of a statewide network funded by the Queensland Government to work with and support families (with children up to 18 years of age) who are experiencing a range of challenges that are impacting the safety, health, wellbeing and/or connectedness of those children or young people.

In some regions we have partnered with other not-for-profit organisations to deliver the best service possible.

FaCC practitioners can provide information and advice over the phone or, should circumstances dictate, engage in person with families or professionals to understand their needs and increase available options.
