Kathryn is motivated by Mercy Community’s mission, and our capacity to positively influence and impact people’s wellbeing.
Kathryn’s expertise, and decades of executive experience, is in leading services for communities, children, families, seniors, and people with disability. Working across non-profit, government, and commercial sectors; Kathryn is committed to transformational change and quality service that empowers people and communities.
Starting in this role in March 2024, Kathryn leads Mercy Community’s children, families, disability, and community care service delivery across Queensland.
She has a Bachelor of Arts (Education, Geography, Economics) and post grad qualifications in Community Development. She is an Executive Fellow of the Australia New Zealand School of Government, a certified organisational coach, and has completed studies in customer experience strategy and program management.
