Tracie joined Mercy Community in June 2024, as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the strategic leadership of Mercy Community’s financial governance.
Tracie is a qualified accountant (FCPA, CA) with over 30 years of experience across various industry sectors in both National and International Not-For-Profit and For-Profit organisations. Tracie brings a vast wealth of knowledge in healthcare services with extensive experience in aged and community care and the public and private hospital industry.
As a commercially minded, transformational leader Tracie is passionate about the health sector and has a deep commitment to delivering sustainable financial outcomes with the purpose of improving the quality of life for those in the care of Mercy Community’s services.
