Eligibility Criteria:
Allied health services are accessible through a range of funding supports,
including private health, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC), NDIS, fee for-service (FFS) or brokered arrangements, catering to individuals seeking to maintain independence at home.
Referrals, facilitated through My Aged Care, initiate a needs assessment process for all new clients prior to joining.
