Karen Cicero is a values-driven leader whose passion and extensive experience as a Human Resources leader has seen her champion high performing teams and drive transformational change across multiple organisations.
With a background in health, engineering, and logistics organisations, including Epworth HealthCare, Mercy Health, CFA in Victoria, Mater, and Qantas, she is a valuable addition to Mercy Community’s leadership team. Karen holds Bachelor and Master of Business qualifications and is a certified leadership coach and TMS facilitator.
