Our Centrelink Agency provides face-to-face support to customers wanting to access Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support assistance.
Connected Families Intensive Family Support
Our Connected Families Program supports families with children and/or young people up to 18 years of age who might be experiencing a range of challenges.

Connecting vulnerable families to local community resources and services, to strengthen and support positive family.
Family Intervention Program Toowoomba
Our Family Intervention Program supports families who are working with Child Safety Services to meet the goals of their Case Plan.

The Lowood team deliver several services and initiatives to support families living in Lowood and surrounding areas.
New Families
The Mercy Community New Families Program offers a range of services to mothers and their babies who are referred to us by the Department of Child Safety, Youth & Women.
The Family Unit
From toddler tantrums to difficult teens, we support parents to navigate the challenges of parenthood while growing and maintaining loving connections with their children.
Youth Support Service
Our Youth Support Service works with young people in the Warwick area up to 18 years-of-age who are at risk of disconnection from family, school or the community.
