What is Family and Child Connect?

Comprehensive Statewide Network

As part of a statewide initiative funded by the Queensland Government, our FaCC services are committed to working collaboratively with families to address their unique needs.

With a focus on partnership and empowerment, we strive to create positive outcomes for every family we serve.

Partnerships for Enhanced Service Delivery

In select regions, we have joined forces with other not-for-profit organisations to ensure the delivery of the highest quality services.

Through these partnerships, we enhance our ability to meet the diverse needs of families in our communities.

Flexible Support Options

Our dedicated FaCC practitioners are available to provide information, advice, and support either over the phone or through in-person engagement.

We understand that each family’s situation is unique, and we tailor our approach to meet their specific needs.

Referral Process

Families can self-refer to our program or be referred by others with their consent. Certain state government services may also make referrals without consent. To initiate support, simply call 13 32 64 (13 FAMILY) or complete our online referral form.
