As the interim General Manager of Families & Young People Services, Martin Greller draws on more than two decades of experience in the child and family welfare sector.

He joined Mercy Community in 2012, after working at several for-purpose and statutory child protection organisations.

Martin’s portfolio encompasses a wide spectrum of child and family services, including universal programs, counselling, family support and intervention, family-based and non-family-based care, early years support, and multicultural initiatives.

With a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families, he prioritises leadership and innovative practices, emphasising genuine sector collaboration and partnerships.

A father-of-two, Martin cherishes spending time with his family and leads an active lifestyle.
