Leonie Fowke
Chief Executive Officer
Leonie Fowke is the Chief Executive Officer of Mercy Community, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across the aged care, community and health sectors.
Originally trained as a registered nurse, Leonie has built a distinguished career leading organisations through growth, transformation and reform while maintaining a strong focus on person-centred care and service excellence. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Critical Care (Hons) and a Bachelor of Nursing Science.
Prior to joining Mercy Community, Leonie served as Chief Executive Officer of All About Living Ltd, where she led significant organisational and cultural transformation and guided the organisation through major sector reforms, including the introduction of the new Aged Care Standards and Support at Home reforms. She has also held senior operational and strategic leadership roles with Feros Care and BlueCare/UnitingCare Queensland.
Leonie brings valuable governance experience through her role on the Member Council of Ageing Australia and her previous appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Southern Cross Care (Tasmania).
