Irma is a purpose-driven executive leader dedicated to advancing the aged care and human services sectors. As a CPA and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), she combines strong commercial acumen with a deep commitment to social purpose, helping mission-led organisations achieve sustainable outcomes for the communities they serve.
Irma oversees various corporate services functions for our organisation, including finance, technology, corporate compliance, property, and marketing. She provides strategic leadership with a focus on financial sustainability, robust governance, operational excellence, and long-term growth, ensuring these functions enable the organisation to deliver on its mission and strategic objectives.
Her executive experience spans aged care, human services, and the broader not-for-profit sector, where she has led finance, ICT, governance, risk, compliance, property, Art Union, and organisational transformation initiatives in complex and highly regulated environments. She has a proven track record of partnering with boards and executive teams to strengthen organisational performance, navigate change, and build resilient, future-focused organisations.
