At Mercy Community, we are proud to launch our 2026–2028 Strategic Plan: Forward with Focus, a practical, purpose-led roadmap for the next three years.

Following a period of transformation, we step into this new chapter with clarity, confidence, and deep commitment to the people and communities we serve.

Forward with Focus is about building on what works, strengthening what’s already effective while directing our energy toward where we can make the greatest impact.

This plan is shaped by three guiding priorities:

• Keeping God’s mission of mercy and compassion at the heart of all we do
• Delivering meaningful outcomes for the people we support
• Ensuring financial sustainability for long-term, lasting impact

As we move forward, we’ll continue to focus on what we do best. We will grow thoughtfully, especially in communities we know well and where our strengths meet real needs. Across all areas of Mercy Community we will stay focused on quality, compassion, and community.

The strategy for Mercy Community’s work is interwoven with our purpose as a Catholic Ministry of Mercy Partners in the tradition of the Sisters of Mercy. The business decisions we make and the services we provide are, and will continue to be, informed by our enduring mission and values.
